1. Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every purchase of the Renewed Radiance devices includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the original date of purchase. This warranty is a testament to our confidence in our product's durability and effectiveness in helping you achieve visibly younger, firmer, and more radiant skin.
What Our 1-Year Limited Warranty Covers: This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use of your Renewed Radiance device. It ensures that your device will function correctly to provide the anti-aging benefits you expect, particularly for facial skin rejuvenation.
What Our 1-Year Limited Warranty DOES NOT Cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper operation, or failure to follow instructions provided in the user manual.
- Damage resulting from service or modification by anyone other than Company Name or an authorized service provider.
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries or charging cables, unless damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
2. Extend Your Radiance: Optional Warranty Extensions
We understand you'll want to continue enjoying the benefits of your Renewed Radiance device for years to come. For those who desire extended protection and peace of mind beyond the initial year, we offer the option to purchase an additional one (1) or two (2) years of extended warranty coverage.

3. Warranty Claim Process: How to Request Service
Should you believe your Renewed Radiance device has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Immediately contact our dedicated Customer Support team by emailing renewedradiancestore@yahoo.com. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide Video Evidence: To facilitate a swift assessment, you must submit a clear video demonstrating the alleged defect or malfunction of the device. This video helps our technical team accurately diagnose the issue remotely.
- Return Authorization (RA): If your issue is deemed potentially covered under warranty after video review, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not send your product back without an RA number.
- Packaging & Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging the device. To qualify for warranty service, you must return the complete original product package, including the original box, all cables, charging dock (if applicable), and any accessories that came with your device.
- Shipping Expense: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product back for warranty service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Renewed Radiance is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the device. If a covered defect is confirmed, Renewed Radiance will, at its discretion, either repair the defective product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal value, or offer a full (75% of total costs) or partial refund.
4. Important Notes
- Proof of Purchase Required: All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
- Original Packaging: Failure to return the full original package, including all cables and accessories, may result in a delay or denial of your warranty claim.
- Non-Warranty Repairs: If the issue is not covered by the warranty, or if the warranty period has expired, Company Name may offer out-of-warranty repair services or replacement options at the customer's expense.
